I went in today to buy something for my daughter's birthday. Big store with lots of choices. New store. They carry the same stuff most boutiques do. Unfortunately, the customer service was awful....

return policy is terrible. Basically you can only exchange so if you order online and do not like the quality or fit you have to pick out something else. There are no refunds.
