Absolutely horrible customer service! BEWARE read the fine print. You have to call 7 days PRIOR to your billing date (an arbitrary date they make) to avoid paying for another full month's rent....

I would give zero stars if I could do not use pack rat they are a scam of a company who lie every time you talk to them after you wait on hold for 45 minutes our container was supposed to arrive...

Stay away from. Scheduled my pod in February 2025 to delivered in May 2025. The pod never showed up with no notice. After waiting for a rep one hour and 20 mins I was told it may show up...
