Zvi Ben Zvi, MD

Dr. Matthew McCarty is the assistant director for Quality Assurance and an assistant professor of Clinical Emergency Medicinein the Department of Emergency Medicine. He is also an assistant attending physician at NewYork Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and NYP-Lower Manhattan Hospital.He earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. Dr. McCarty subsequently completed his residency training at NYU/Bellevue Departments of Emergency Medicine.Dr. McCarty has been named a Future Leader in the High Value Practice Academic Alliance.

Dr. Nikhil Uppal is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College in the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology. He is the Site Director for Hematology/Oncology at NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital. He has experience with clinical and translational research studies and a special interest in pancreatic malignancies and lymphomas. Dr. Uppal sees patients at both the Weill Cornell Upper East Side and Lower Manhattan Campuses, and is accepting new patients. Dr. Uppal completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Rochester and his Hematology/Oncology fellowship at Strong Memorial University Hospital. Prior to joining Weill Cornell Medicine, Dr. Uppal worked for New York University Langone Arena Oncology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the American Society of Hematology (ASH).
