I am a board-certified urologic surgeon who specializes in treating prostate cancer. I care for people at all stages of the disease, from low-risk prostate cancer to more advanced cases. I see patients at the Sidney Kimmel Center for Prostate and Urologic Cancers in New York City.

As a neuropathologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering I analyze tissue samples taken during brain and spinal cord surgery in order to classify tumors based on their cellular characteristics and determine how aggressive they are likely to be. There are more than 120 recognized types of central nervous system tumors, so making a precise diagnosis is essential; the work we do in the laboratory including molecular genetic assessments guides treatment decisions.

I am a pathologist who specializes in genitourinary and anatomic pathology. I serve as Vice Chair of the Department of Pathology, Director of Genitourinary Pathology, and Director of the Genitourinary Pathology Fellowship. My practice is located in New York City.
