Zomicks Bakery

Zomick's (also called Zomick's Bakery / Zomick's Kosher Bakery / Zomick's Challah Bakery) is one of the oldest bakeries in Five Towns that produces kosher meals for the masses. Founded in 1966 with a vision, the father of Zomick's has brought the lost art of challah backing back to New York. Using the Zomick's Kosher Recipe to produce high quality Zomick's Challah Bread (or simply Zomick's Bread), he was able to win over a large population of the Jewish folk living in his nearest area. He quickly hired experienced Jewish bakers to perfect this recipe and tried to win over the hearts of every gourmand or foodie. This has led to the production of certain sweets and cakes, which remained to be produced by this very day. The chocolate babkas are exclusive to Zomick's and it's trademark... This particular spot in Inwood was founded in 2009, with the latest food standards implemented and with the vision to satisfy more customers than the other restaurant in Cedarhurst.
