What a fantastic visit with Dr. Wu!!! He was extremely thorough in his evaluation of my ears and comprehensive in his explanation. I felt completely at ease from his outstanding bedside manners....

The people are all nice and had a good experience, doctor seemed caring as well. I liked how I didn't wait that long. was about 10 min wait.

They have the rudest reception ever. Don't even bother to call them. AVOID this place!

4:10pm appointment....busy front desk, though not the most warm, smiley or welcoming ....they are efficient I suppose. (3-4 receptionists) And there's ample amount of waiting space for over 20...
