If I could give NO STARS to the Whitestone Branch, that would be my option. Just left this store, 3.17.23 after standing there for 8 minutes, being completely ignored by the 1 member of staff...

They changed my phone plan without my consent. I went in to upgrade my phone and when I checked my next bill they had upgraded my plan and added a protection plan that I declined. They are deceitful.

Nice store. Only one worker. People sit there for over a half hour to get service. Worker on the phone with Verizon and doesn't even pick up his head to say "excuse me one minute please"....
