Most machines are broken. They won't change nickels and dimes. They ran out of change for bills bigger than 5s while I was there. On the other hand, it's still bigger than most of the places around.

Yikes! I've given up on this place finally. Fine, hardly any of the machines work. Drop off experience: They lost our towels... oops! Eventually got some of them back, but not all. OK, fine....

they have 31 washers and only ten of them work. There is lint and dust everywhere I didn't even want to touch anything in the store. The board of health should shut them down. I wish I could buy...

This place is awful. The facilities are disgusting- nasty floors and machines covered with hair, dirt, and dust. The customer service is laughable. 27 out of the 30 machines are "out of order"...

It seems that more machines are broken than are working. Not a good thing. It is tolerable on slow days, but the weekends are miserable....
