Just came here for the first time last night and had a wonderful experience it's really clean and has a nice atmosphere with sandalwood incense burning and future age music playing I felt relaxed...

Very patient instructors. They correct postures and focus heavily on the breath. Lots of parking spaces behind the studio.

Saw them on best of Long Island. It sure is best Yoga in Long Island! Love their schedules and staff. Very peaceful place to meditate!
