Dr. Yi-Ju Chen is an attending Gynecologic Oncologist atNewYork-Presbyterian Queens and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetricsand Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medicine. After graduating from NationalDefense Medical Center in Taiwan, Dr. Chen completed her residency at BronxCareHealth System, where she was honored with multiple awards. Shen then completeda fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Dr.Yi-Ju Chen sees women with all gynecologic cancers and those who requirecomplex gynecologic procedures. In addition, Dr. Chen cares for a large numberof women with hereditary cancer syndromes. Dr. Chen has extensive training inminimally invasive surgery, extended pelvic resections, and pelvicreconstructive surgery. Dr. Chen is passionate about novel treatments thatchange the landscape of gynecologic oncology. She participates in clinicaltrials and has published peer-reviewed articles in prominent journals. Dr. Chenalso holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management, in whichshe concentrates on how cancer disparities impact health outcomes. Amajor focus of Dr. Yi-Ju Chen's work is delivering state-of-the-art gynecologiccancer care to her patients. Dr. Chen is a full member of the Society ofGynecologic Oncology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and a Fellowof the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Jian Zheng, MD, is a surgical oncologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens and an assistant professor of clinical surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine. An award-winning surgeon, Dr. Zheng was the recipient of Grant V. Rodkey Award for her scholarship, humanism, leadership, and technical excellence during her chief residency. She was awarded by Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center with the Chairman's Award for Excellence in Clinical Research. Dr. Zheng has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles in surgical oncology in many leading journals, including Annals of Surgical Oncology, Annals of Surgery, and Journal of the American College of Surgeons. She is a member of several organizations, including the Society of Surgical Oncology, the American College of Surgeons, and the Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association. After graduating from Duke University, Dr. Zheng earned her medical degree from University of South Florida, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Zheng served her internship and residency in general surgery at Boston University Medical Center, where she was elected to be the administrative chief resident. During residency, she also pursued hepatopancreatobiliary surgery research fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. Dr. Zheng then completed a complex general surgical oncology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she also served as the administrative chief fellow. Dr. Zheng is a board-certified surgeon by the American Board of Surgery.
