Super cheap. Your experience may differ depending on whether you can speak Chinese. Personally, this is more than 50-75% cheaper than Uber, so I'm not complaining. I'd suggest this car service...

I waited one and half hour for my ride in JFK. I called them multiple times and they kept telling me the driver is outside. I will never use them again.

We reserved a cab for 3:30am and the driver called me the night before to confirm. The car was a minivan which was spacious for the three of us and luggage's however the van smell like cigarettes...

scam car service and try to charge you 1000 dollars if you damaged a hook. Which only worth 5 dollars. They harass my mother and two kids.
