Yandira Melon, LCSW- CEAP - YM Counseling My work has been in non-traditional mental health settings. They have been in community service agencies, unions, and corporations. The settings may differ, but people's challenges may be the same. Issues of anxiety, depression, relationships, and substance use can occur to anyone. In my roles, I have facilitated training on sensitive issues, i.e., alcohol and substance use, on an individual, including how it affects loved ones & the workplace, intimate partner violence, and stress management.
