History

Xtreme Fitness of Westchester opened its doors in Mount Vernon in 2000. We started out as a small gym in the Bronx, but became so popular that we looked for a bigger property and moved into our current 30,000 foot space in Mount Vernon. Our mission is to provide the most fully equipped gym in the Tri-State area at a reasonable price for people who are truly committed to their health and fitness. With over 14 years of success, we look forward to many more tough workouts and great relationships in our neighborhood!

Xtreme Fitness of Westchester serves the Westchester community with the most comprehensive range of machines and weights in the Tri-State Area. We are one of the last pure gyms that remain in the area, and we are committed to fitness and strength without the frills of a corporate gym. Instead, we offer a comprehensive set of classes, from spin and zumba to kickboxing and toning, as well as a boxing ring, punching bags, and the best fitness equipment around. We also make protein shakes in-house at our refreshment and supplement bar to keep you going before, during, and after your high energy workout.
