TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO TODAYS FIRE. Had a major fire this morning. 8/23/25. No idea what their plans will be. Wish them the best in their future plans what ever they are.

Arrived in Hudson hungry. Found Wunderbar Bistro Witches Brew Ale, Hard Cider. Sloppy Joe with French Fries, BLT and chips Friendly service-Good Food

Tried the Wunderbar Bistro while visiting the Catskills. Great neighborhood ambience with lots of locals eating and at the bar! Ordered mozz wedges, bacon gouda burger and chicken sandwhich....
