Cute little neighborhood bottle shop with a decent selection and price options. Staff ranges from indifferent to rude. Is a 'hello' or 'can I help you find something' too difficult to muster?

I've been coming here for a while now mostly because of its convenient location. But I've definitely noticed that service has improved - almost 180. Current staff is knowledgeable and friendly....
