I haven't posted a review since 2019 but this was the most inedible piece of chicken I've ever had, handed to me by a cashier with raw batter covering his hands.

The waffle fries need to be cooked more and served in a paper bag or separate vented container. Other than that I think: THEY DO A PERFECT JOB OF MAKING THE BEST WINGS IN SYRACUSE !! Find them...
