The Wine Cellar is a local tavern with one of the only outdoor patios/seating in the city (for now) you can go there for cookouts and live music on occasion. The clientele is always hit or miss....

They don't carry wine!!! Apparently when they opened they tried it as a wine bar but didn't make any money. ... we stopped by thinking we could try some great wines and..... nothing... so we drank...
