History
In 1980 Wilfred and his brothers left their family tailor shop in Dominican Republic to gain experience in NYC, where Wilfred encountered Italian tailor Luigi Guido. He shared his expertise while training Wilfred for 8 years. Wilfred decided to take classes at FIT before opening his own shop in 1992. His legacy is being carried out now by daughter, Cynthia.

I had a couple of dresses altered plus suits taken out for my boyfriend. The work is excellent! Note that they moved at the end of March 2022 to 246 W. 38th Street, 7th floor.

Excellent and quick work! I was desperate for a same day alteration and took a chance on Wilfred and he was able to do it half a day for a reasonable price. Excellent work, I highly recommend!
