Great hotel. Great staff. Friendly, made you feel comfortable. Vanessa and Nick at the front desk answered every question and pointed us in the right direction. The 23rd floor Terrace was great....

From the online sites, everything looks good. Hmmm ... it's almost like Fairmont, old and dark looking room. You can't open the windows, barely, probably just a half inch. It was so stuffy....

Update: the hotel and Travelocity understood the issues and moved us into our newest room: 2203. The room is enormous with a private pied a terre. The room is clean just slightly tired looking...
