Founded in 1904, Greater New York Hospital Association is a trade association representing more than 280 not-for-profit hospitals and continuing care facilities, both voluntary and public, in the metropolitan area and throughout the State, as well as in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Founded in 1992, it provides access to contraception, abortion, health care information and pregnancy care services. The Center for Reproductive Rights motivates women to make reproductive and health care choices and decisions without coercion. It works to meet the safe, accessible and legal pregnancy options for women. The organization also works to provide equal access to reproductive health care for women who face social and economic barriers.
