Wesley Gardens

The Wesley Community, located in Rochester, N.Y., offers a range of services for elderly citizens. The institution specializes in skilled nursing care with a 24-hour nursing staff in addition to a gerontologist; physical, occupational and speech therapists; and social workers. It also offers rehabilitation services, including stroke, heart attack, orthopedic dysfunction, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and joint ailments. The center provides memory care programs that include assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing and eating.
