Highland Healthcare Center is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility providing health care services for individuals requiring skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Located in Wellsville, N.Y., the center provides a wide range of services to its residents, including long-term care, rehabilitation services, short-term care unit, day care center, and nursing care and therapies. The center offers a 12-bed short-term care unit designed for patients requiring skilled inpatient care, restorative physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as skilled nursing care. It provides various services, including individual and personal care assistance, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, transportation, social work services, psychology, dental, podiatry and audiology care.

We have been serving the local community since 1965. We employ approximately 500 employees and care for over 300 people daily.
