Kristin Nesselt is a Family Nurse Practitioner who works in the Bariatric Surgery division at NewYork-Presbyterian and Weill Cornell Medicine. She collaborates with board certified surgeons who specialize in minimally invasive, laparoscopic and robotic, bariatric and general surgery procedures.She performs detailed and comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative assessments for patients before and after surgeries and other minor procedures. She assists the surgeons in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in order to facilitate the best possible patient outcomes.Kristin is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Master of Science in Nursing at East Tennessee State University and graduated with honors.

Doctor Devereux is Director of the Adult Echocardiography Laboratory at the Weill Cornell Center of the New York Presbyterian Hospital. He has a long-standing clinical and research interest in cardiovascular connective tissue diseases, and has served as Chair of the Professional Advisory Committee of the National Marfan Foundation. Dr. Laura Melnick received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her medical school degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Following graduation from medical school, she completed a pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and, subsequently, a dermatology residency at New York University Medical Center. She then went on to pursue additional training and completed a pediatric dermatology fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Melnick board certified in dermatology, pediatric dermatology and pediatrics. She specializes in pediatric dermatology and general dermatology and sees both pediatric and adult patients.
