Weill Cornell Medicine's Conflicts Management Office is dedicated to assisting faculty and staff in understanding conflicts of interest and commitment, ensuring compliance with both university and federal policies. Every member is required to complete an annual Conflicts Financial Interests and Commitment survey, and updates must be submitted within 30 days of any changes in financial interests.

The office provides essential resources, including tutorials on financial conflict of interest regulations for researchers, particularly those receiving NIH funding or overseeing FDA-regulated research. By safeguarding the integrity of federally-funded research, the Conflicts Management Office helps maintain objectivity and accountability in scientific inquiry.
