Jim and Jason have been working together in the current location from 2007, both have experience in their respective fields. Jim has been working in the jewelery industry for 30 years and can repair almost anything, from prongs on a diamond ring to replacing a hinge in a bracelet! Jason has been repairing watches for 9 years and has extensive knowledge anything from replacing a battery to repairing fusee chains!

If anyone around Jamestown needs a watch battery replaced or needs jewelry repaired (gold etc) visit the Watch Shop in Lakewood. I can't praise them and their customer service and prices enough!...

Have a Tag Heuer that stopped working. Thinking the battery needed to be replaced I brought it in for a replacement. The repair man commented it wasn't the battery but corrosion on the contacts....
