War Cannon Spirits is a New York distillery and Adirondack destination serving provisions from a 10,000sf fully restored 200+ year old sawmill. Our bar and restaurant offer unique cocktails and espresso based coffee along with elevated pub grub inside our tasting room or outdoors in a creek-side setting with mountain views. We have a well stocked retail store focused on NY produced beer, cider, mead, spirits and wine and can host both small and large private events of 150+ people.
