The wait time is awful! My 10 yo had an appt. For pediatric dental at 10:30 and wasn't seen until after lunch (1pm) they need more help!!!! Once you get past the doors, the staff is pleasant

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! Doesn't matter what option you choose, they just don't answer. You can be right in front of them calling and they still would not answer. I know because I tried it...
