Walter started selling baked clams to the public over 10 years ago after many friends and family members kept requesting them for their parties and bbq's. As he got older he brought in his step daughter Jennifer to help with the demand. He eventually passed the business on to her. Jennifer had carried on using the same recipe and quality ingredients Walter's baked clams were know for.
