They keep on hanging on pharmacy calls. You get through the robo-routing machine only to be hung up. Very unhelpful.

Pharmacy needs re-training. I stood for minutes in front of the window labeled "drop off and pickup" while staff bustled around, no one asking questions. Another person walks up to the window...

They refuse to answer the phone in the pharmacy. The staff is rude. They lie about when things will be ready. Terrible place. They should just close. Awful.
