Impossible to get thru on the phone. Store is 20 miles from my house so I need to know if my prescription is ready.... Called 20 times at different times of the day and week. NO ONE EVER PICS UP...

The pharmacy has been a disaster ever since switching from Riteaid to Walgreens. The employees are usually friendly but they seem very understaffed.
