Love the beautiful museum inside and outside. Very very well kept and the history of the home is quite amazing. Hope everyone visits the museum and learn the history of there NYC.

The Voelker Orth Museum offers house tours, exhibitions, performances, talks and workshops year-round. The 1890s Land-marked house remained the home of one family for nearly 100 years and its appearance has changed little. It is a welcoming place to relax, learn, and recharge. Through its period rooms, rotating exhibitions, and garden, the Museum ensures that this small corner of Queen's history endures to be studied, experienced and simply enjoyed by generations to come. Open for drop-in tours twice a week. The garden is open weekdays 10-4 and Sunday afternoons.

Beautiful gardenand friendly staff. Getty too know the Voelker family. They also have events here and concerts. It's a good place to get involved with the community. Mera's Tip: educate
