The worst. Totally unorganized and they don't get schedules right. Had to find my own care several times.

Failed to secure a home health care aid while mt mother was getting PT for 2 months. Only got an Aid for 2 weeks of that time. Social Worker came and offered nothing but false hope for medicaid....
