Vinny started to professionally tattoo in Brooklyn during the mid-1980s and he continues to hang tough at Coney Island Vinny tattoo and Body Piercing , located in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn. The second floor shop is big and inviting. As you walk in , the large waiting room is dominated by a dozen folding chairs that are lined up in two neat rows like orderly soldiers.
