I believe in the natural ability of the body to heal itself if given the right opportunity. I am passionate about living well, eating right and natural medicine. I found a beautiful space at the Kundalini yoga of LI and started my own practice. I am here three days a week and I see one patient at a time. This allows me to give all my attention to every single person that comes through the door. I love taking my time and making sure everyone gets what they need. I integrate acupuncture with cupping and body work. With my treatments I help relax the body, clear the mind and heal injuries and illnesses. I also incorporate herbal medicine, dietary and lifestyle recommendations to help achieve the best results for you.
