I had an appointment with them for Fri 7/21 and they never showed up. I called 2x and never heard back. I can't imagine how they 've gotten good reviews with this type of service.

OK, so they did come for the repair. Fixed the problem and now the blinds have been working again fine for about a month. Here's the rub, though, they told me that the blinds stopped working...
