Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC

This is the first time I've left a cell phone business feeling totally supported and understood. Tony spent hours helping me dealing with a very uncooperative competitor, and saved me tons of $$$....

Good products BUT the support from Verizon is an automated nightmare, never saw support this bad before. My advice is if you value your sanity stay clear of Verizon.
