This verizon location has the worst customer service EVER! They wouldn't assist me with porting my new verizon device! They were very very rude & sent me to another verizon store! Never again will...
Not a business I'd recommend. But it seem that it's the only Fios equipment return center in the Bronx that's open during the pandemic. But the people seem to be so distant. Annoyed that customers...
This store is awful One guy taking care of a customer for 1/2 hour All he had to do was go get me the box I was there to pick up Horrible service
