Here to upgrade my phone. Paid it off, but now there is a "computer issue". Every sales person has walked away from their customer at some point to figure out a computer glitch, error code, etc....

Most times that I've needed help, I've had excellent experiences. Today, Josh was exceptionally nice, patient and helpful. I'm not tech savvy and would imagine how taxing a customer like myself...

Good luck trying to get through to a real person via the phone. Just really bad service. And they wonder why people are leaving them in droves.

If you enjoy being talked at by a robot for half an hour or more, call their branch for help! No way to get through to a real person and no way to hang up either. Shutting off the phone doesn't...

Looks nice, but that's where it ends. If you require support, try Google or the liquor store next door... either would be a more productive way to spend your time and get questions answered....
