This early research in imaging technology led to Dr. Hoff founding Gateway Group, Inc in 1991. Dr. Hoff and his associates have pioneered many techniques in the field of information management that are considered routine today. AIIM, the ECM Association, awarded Dr. Hoff the Carl E. Nelson Engineering Award in recognition of these innovations.
