HistoryI became a chiropractor to help others get well without unnecessary drugs or surgery. I was playing rugby, while a student at Stony Brook University, and hurt my back. Our family medical doctors failed to help me recover. A friend told me about treating with a DC - so I went. I was helped by chiropractic - and fully recovered. Eventually plans to go to dental school changed and off to Life University in Marietta Ga - Life.edu (by the way the best Rugby Program in the country) - to earn my DC degree. DC is Doctor of Chiropractic. I love what I do and I have seen in work in the old and in the young. It is great for spine care - but other conditions have responded to the changes being adjusted can make in the body. I do hope that all the sick and suffering take advantage of adding a DC to their health care team.
