Dr. Elliott H. Rose is board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery serving patients on a national and international level. Dr. Roses reputation in burn reconstruction and reanimation of the paralyzed face attracts patients from all over the world. Patients come to Dr. Rose because he is a leader in the field of Bell's Palsy Surgery, Facial Paralysis Surgery, Burn Reconstructive Surgery, and other types of aesthetic plastic surgery.Dr. Rose's practice, The Aesthetic Surgery Center, is located in the Upper East Side of New YorkCity. Dr. Rose earned his medical degree at the University of Texas, Galveston where he finished first in his class. He went on to complete at General Surgery Residency at UCLA Medical Center; a Plastic Surgery Residency at Stanford University Medical Center; and a Microsurgery Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.Dr. Rose was voted by his peers as the Best Plastic Surgeon in New York City for "Corrective Facial Surgery and has been consistently listed in the "New York Magazine Best Doctors" and "Castle Connolly Americas Top Doctors. Dr. Rose is the author of a major plastic surgery textbook, Aesthetic Facial Restoration, published by Lippincott-Raven. Dr. Rose has also appeared on ABCs 20/20 and Good Morning America, NBCs Today Show, Entertainment Tonight, Fox News Network, as well as numerous local news segments in NYC.

Ashley T. Tsang, MD, is a board certified, fellowship-trained breast surgeon, specializing in the treatment of benign and malignant diseases of the breast and high risk and/or genetic susceptibility to breast cancer. Dr. Tsang did her fellowship training at Stanford School of Medicine where she gained expertise in oncoplastic breast conserving surgery and nipple-sparing mastectomy. She completed residency in general surgery at Mount Sinai St. Lukes and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. During residency, Dr. Tsang spent two years as a postdoctoral surgical investigator at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, conducting research on gene-targeted therapeutics and drug delivery systems. Also during residency, Dr. Tsang was honored by the nursing staff for providing excellent quality patient care. She is a member of the Society of Surgical Oncology and the American Society of Breast Surgeons.
