The new site is slated to open in the fall of 2010 and is located adjacent to Interstate 86. To further enhance bearing performance we offer a comprehensive inspection program highlighted by our unique Source Qualification Inspection ( SQI ) Program. Our unbiased SQI program is used by a variety of companies in a number of industries to qualify different suppliers and evaluate the effectiveness of the bearing through reverse engineering. A standard SQI includes an inspection of dimensional characteristics, quality of workmanship, and material integrity. Many other inspection formats are offered including first article inspection, failure analysis, condition analysis and metallurgical testing. Our 25 rig test facility with over 100 bearing testing locations provides clients the ability to test bearings to failure through life testing. The information gained from these tests is invaluable as it can provide increased knowledge of the capability of the product design and estimated life expectancy within the proposed application.
