These guys are exceptionally pleasant and always seem to be in a good mood. And they are quite thorough. Yes, the wait time sucks, but I don't mind a few minutes wait for exceptional service.

Valvoline is always excellent service !!..always let me know what's needed but they don't pressure you to get it !!..I'm usually out in 15 minutes!!..highly recommend!!

The app says zero wait time but we waited an hour. Then another hour to do the oil change. No thanks. Then they try to sell you a battery because it's winter.
