Valley harvest was established in 2005 with the vision of using only fresh and local ingredients. Targeting the Hudson Valleys' agricultural region and incorporating the bountiful fruits and vegetables into our menu. We support local farmers of the Hudson Valley, and bring you a farm to table meal.

As the seasons change, so does Valley Harvests' menu, by offering the Hudson Valleys' locally harvested produce prepared in various ways.. Be sure to stop in for lunch or dinner and enjoy garden fresh vegetable tempura, fresh fried apples, or peaches, various chicken wraps and pitas, grilled or fried, home-made chili, numerous salads, mozzarella sticks, foot long sabrett hot-dogs, fresh cut potato, sweet potato and butternut fries and try some of our signature burgers like the garden fresh basil burger, mushroom onion Swiss burger, Jalapeno burger, BBQ bacon pedal burger etc.. & Don't forget dessert, treat yourself to a fresh fruit milkshake, soft-serve ice cream, various hard ice cream flavors, candy and fresh fruit flurries, malts, floats, sundaes, try one of our harvest creations, or our harvest style banana split!
