About Cluster CLUSTER provides services and programs that assist residents in Yonkers and Westchester and Rockland County to build a better future for themselves and their communities. The thrust of all our programs is the empowerment of individuals, families and communities to fulfill their dreams and potential. CLUSTER Community Services is a private, non-profit, 501 (c) (3) multi-service agency located in Yonkers, New York. Since 1975, CLUSTER has been providing a broad range of programs and services designed to meet the needs of residents of Westchester and most recently Rockland County. CLUSTER provides services in these four core program areas: Mental Health Residential Services This program provides transitional supervised home-like housing facilities as well as permanent supported housing units to individuals with psychiatric disabilities. These individuals receive rehabilitative support services to gain or maintain the skills needed to live as independently as possible. Our Mediation Centers provide the highest quality dispute resolution and training to residents and businesses in Westchester and Rockland Counties. Our mediators are trained and certified under the auspices of the NYS Unified Court System and our areas of expertise include community disputes, Custody/Visitation, Divorce, Restorative Justice, school based programs and Eviction Prevention. The focus of Youth & Family Programs is to improve the lives of children and families by providing academic support, enrichment activities, and youth leadership and development programs.

Founded in 1904, Greater New York Hospital Association is a trade association representing more than 280 not-for-profit hospitals and continuing care facilities, both voluntary and public, in the metropolitan area and throughout the State, as well as in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. It offers education programs on a variety of topics, including charitable care, billing and finance issues, mental health laws, patient privacy, and emergency preparedness and disaster planning. The center provides information on various legal issues and interpretation of statutory and regulatory laws. It is affiliated with the Continuing Care Leadership Coalition. Its affiliated companies include GNYHA Ventures, GNYHA Services, Nexera and Innovatix. Additionally, it offers group purchasing and consultation services for care providers. The center is located in New York City.

The Stratford Recreation Department provides a range of recreational services and amenities. Its facilities include a golf course, softball fields, a soccer field, tennis courts, playgrounds, beach volleyball courts and a picnic area. The department also organizes various community activities that include concert bands, carnivals and talent shows. It also sponsors a range of athletic activities that include golf, volleyball, softball, beach volleyball and basketball. Additionally, the department offers teenagers a range of programs that includes Spanish lessons, hip-hop dance classes, volleyball clinics, creative theater workshops, and karate and tai chi. The Stratford Recreation Department maintains its office in Stratford, Conn.
