They are moving very slow, nobody is respecting the deadlines, they say it takes between 5-8 bussines days, I've waited 10 bussines days and I barely got my translation from them.

Account executives are insufferable and unresponsive. Expedited fees are outrageous and with their inability to respond you will be compelled to pay them FIND ANOTHER VENDOR!
