It has more than 150 bedrooms and semiprivate and private bedrooms. The center has New York state-certified nursing assistants. Its apartment has emergency call systems, telephone and cable television hookups. The center s services include pastoral care, religious, dental, podiatry, audiology and laundry services. Additionally, it provides a beauty salon and barbershop to residents. The center has license from the New York State Department of Health and approved by Medicare and Medicaid. It is a member of the New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. Mercy Healthcare Center is located in Tupper Lake, N.Y.
