United Cerebral Palsy

Operational since 1946, United Cerebral Palsy Of New York City is a nonprofit agency providing direct services, technology and advocacy to children and adults of all ages with cerebral palsy and related disabilities. Based in Brooklyn, N.Y., the agency offers a range of women's health services, such as gynecology, mammograms, sexuality services, menopausal health care, routine medical care, nutrition services and mental health services. It has served as the New York City Regional Technology Related Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities (TRAID) Center. With more than 75 programs, it assists 14,000 individuals and families each year. The services offered comprises preschool, school-age and after-school programs, day programs, summer day camp, family support services, to name a few.

Established in 1971, Community Health Care Association of New York State is one of leading primary care organizations in the United States. Located in New York, N.Y., the organization provides an array of preventive health care services to patients. It also offers services, such as transportation, translation and social service referral. Additionally, the association organizes several training programs for medical residents and other health care professionals. Community Health Care Association of New York State has partnerships with the National Association of Community Health Centers and Corporation for National Service.
