From green bean to ground our pledge is to use only the best Mother Earth has to offer and a promise to deliver only the freshest and most flavorful coffee. We carefully examine and select from only the finest 100% Arabica beans available from Central & South America, Africa, Jamaica, Hawaii, and Asia. Our state of the art roasting techniques possess a closed cylinder method where the flames never touch the coffee resulting in a bean roasted through and through without that burnttaste. Don't be shy. Pick some up in person if you are local. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. All you need is cash which is much easier for them and the way we need to go locally (anyway)....
