Terrible wait times, no consideration for schedules or if patients arrive on time (or early for that matter). Get ready to wait at least an hour and a half longer beyond your scheduled appointment.

Looks very UNPROFESSIONAL eating behind the counter. Especially when you're dealing with the public with your mouth full. And a Good morning wouldn't hurt.

Waiting 2 hours for an x-ray. About 10 other patients have gone before me. The desk staff was waiting on my doctor for clarification on my referral, but then failed to answer when my doctor called...

Waited over a week for an ultrasound report. Primary care physician was unable to move them along. That's a lot of stress waiting to see if they found something.
